Her years of experience in the healthcare and financial industry along with her administrative background made her an Ideal candidate to start a Home Healthcare Agency. She comes from a diverse background and is compassionate about quality care and the quality of life.

Eric is a Virginia native who has over 15 years of investments, healthcare billing, real estate, and logistics experience. A local business owner and entrepreneur with education and experience in providing budgeting, compliance, and has successfully passed over 5 audits in the state of Virginia.

Arielle Smallwood has been in the medical field for over 10 years and has been a Registered Nurse for four years. Currently pursing her masters degree at Capella University, while specializing in business and administration of nursing. With a background of Care coordination with Long term care experience, Travel Nursing, facilitating Cardiac step-down units, ERs and ICU experience and lastly providing and supporting members in the community with Medicare/Medicaid. Arielle is known for her attention to detail and dedication to getting work done. She values the importance of patient centered care, and she enjoys working with her team to ensure her patients are receiving the best care possible. In her free time, Arielle resides in North Carolina with her husband and loves to shop and go on vacations with her husband and family.

The number one reason I decided to pursue a career in healthcare is because of the love that I have for my family. I watched my grandmother and grandfather struggle with so many health issues before they passed. I have watched my grandmother as she keeps fighting every step of the way to recover from a illness. I have witnessed how difficult it can be to complete simple tasks that we sometimes take for granted. Growing up, I always felt like they were invincible. As a family member, I know how hard it can be to watch the people you love and admire struggle

It makes you feel helpless and hesitant to help make decisions regarding their care, for fear that you may make the wrong decision along the way. This is why I am so passionate about our company. I feel like there is a disconnect in the industry. I remain focused on creating a culture within the company that every client will be treated with the same care and compassion that we would want for our own family members and loved ones.
